I was malnourished in high school at 5’10.

I started learning about diet and so on at 19 and grew 4 inches in the past 2 years.

The issue is my maxilla fused and then I developed properly but too late, now I have an underbite and need a functional bimax Jfl

4-6 100 meter sprints 2x3 times a week

Every micronutrient supplemented (use gpt)

k2 Mega dosing 500-1000mcg with Magnesium

I would eat one meal a day, it consisted of

12 Eggs a day
1 pound of ground beef 85/15.

I only ate potatoes for carbs at a separate time to not activate the Randal cycle


My HDL was 80 and LDL was 120, High Cholesterol, especially HDL is essential.

I only cooked with butter during this time.


My growth plates are closed so I can enjoy a semi normal diet, I can go to chipotle and other various restaurants now since it will not inhibit further potential with puberty.

It was from 18-19, I attribute 2.5 inches to pure height and the other 1.5 to spinal decompression and fixing anterior pelvic tilt.

If you were malnourished and still developing chances are you can get an inch or two with proper nutrition, I will say that its extremely difficult to maintain this diet and I'm glad I don't have to worry about this as much.
