Regression to the mean only happens once. If it kept on happening evolution wouldn't be possible because any mutation would slowly become irrelevant. Its also dependent on between population heritability. and it can be easily solved by setting differential thresholds which wouldn't be super extreme

eg, if I wanted the mean IQ of an immigrant group to be above 110, I would set the barrier to entry at 115 for curries (75 IQ), and 111 for whites (100 IQ)

The problem is the global environment is not the same anymore. If a pro white movement were to arise among western europeans, it wouldn't reach crticial mass all at once in every major western nation.
