might run 6iu hgh for 4 months but the thing is im a bit scared it will mess up my normal growth and natrual gh production which will only lead to lowering my final height.

should i wait until im 16 to run it im 15.5 as of now.

and should I pair it with something for better result?

It won’t mess with your natural production but I’d recommend 4 ius just to start out then work your way up to 8 or double digits daily

4 months not doing shit, its a long term thing, 9 months MIN, and also 6-8+ iu (depends on body weight) is the sweet spot

your natrual production is not going to lower like if you would for example inject test. if you stop taking gh your natrual production will be as good as before, it wont change anything even when taking 16 iu daily

Well am trying Berberine rn I took one so far in the morning it felt like a pebble getting thrown at a bear, did absolute jack shit, will continue taking it for the next couple days tho maybe it needs time.

Reta + gh is horrible if ur trying to gain weight like me g

Next step would be metformin though, just saying tho as a type 1 diabetic, I can confirm you can indeed use gh, u just need 3x the amount of insulin u regularly use

Ur body produces 5-6 iu at peak puberty however that’s equal to 10-12 ius injected bec only 49% of gh injected is absorbed into ur body if ur a male.
