If you lack forward growth in general a lot of fillers will just make your face look bloated. Try 3ml first as an experiment (1ml to both gonial angles and chin respectively).

It depends on your initial anatomical baseline proportions and your aesthetic goals.

If you already have a line of demarcation between your jawline and neck, and only want to increase the bigonial width of your lower-face, than perhaps 1 or 2 ML would be suffice.

If you do not already have this separation, then any amount between 4 to 6 ML could be needed to emulate jawline definition.

In my opinion, I personally would refrain would having copious amounts of filler in order to emulate jaw definition. I would look into fat dissolving injections. What creates a chiseled jawline is the retraction of the submental fat pad which is under the chin. Removing this fat pad, either through weight-loss or cosmetic treatment, will enhance the natural emergence of the mandible; thus creating a chiseled jawline. It's permanent, it's non-surgical, and the treatment can be done in less than ten minutes.

I've had my entire submental fat pad dissolved, have atrophied my masseter muscles, and only require a total of 1 to 2 ML of dermal filler in my gonial angle (corner of the jaw) to widen my face in order to create a 1:1 ratio of my bigonial and bizygomatic width (in short, that my jawline and cheekboned are parallel in width).
