Yes, you can still grow until 21. It’s different for everyone. I grew in length like half an inch or an inch from 15-16 and then I grew in girth at 19. I don’t know what sizes I was. I think I was 5.5” NBP and now I’m 6”-6.5” NBP, not entirely sure. I never measured girth until I was in my early 20s. My size now is 7” x 5.6” BP.
