If you optimize temperature and glympathic system right.

Mogs 9h incel whose body isn’t sufficient enough to clear out wastes and regeneration.
 
I only slept 3 hours last night
I feel fine

3 hours is optimal

Imagine being able to achieve that with only 4.5h total sleep time. That mf would be a superman tier genetics.

If I let myself sleep naturally I would wake up after 10h but feel worse than when I only slept 7h.
