Genuine insomnia or just shit habits?
its just because of exams insomnia wouldve been a nightmare ive had shit sleeping habits for a long time tho i sleep late and wake up late mostly i used to have trouble sleeping in covid time but my habits were pretty shit too thanks for asking:owo:

nope alarms or have my parents or someone wake me up mostly i have trouble waking up by myself i sleep like a baby:owo: normally

good schedule, thats ideal.

i sleep 10 hours and sometimes 4. <- is not good

I do have a harder time with sleep than i wish.
But i average prolly 7hrs with a range of 6.5-7.5

i havent had an a consistent range in years, dont mess it up its really hard to fix. a good schedule keeps you grounded even if your life gets harder.

Thank u for your concern cuddie:owo: It's mostly bad sleep for a lil bit sleep score previous week hit 89 sometimes Screenshot 20260228 201628 obv the tracker isn't supposed to fully accurate but it gives a idea about the trends

Im not as consistent with bedtime as id wish tbh.

Use to fall asleep within the same 15 minute window literally every night though
