I'm 24hrs into a 7 day water fast because I got an unexpected date in 9 days while being bloated/18% bf. I'm 15 193cm. By my calculations if I don't lose much muscle mass, I would lose about 2.5kg of bodyfat. And a lot of water.
My concerns are:
I plan to go back to normal eating right after this, but I'm worried that because of all of the sudden food, I will bloat like crazy and look like shit for this date. Does anyone have tips for this to NOT happen? I'll probably be on about 2500-3000 calories.
I feel like my already bad collagen, will become worse in these 7 days due to lack of protein. Is 7 days enough for this to happen?
I take a stack of vitamins, most being fat soluble - is there any point in taking these when I'm not eating any fats at all?
THINGS IM DOING THAT I BELIEVE WILL HELP:
25mg of MK-677 during these 7 days, and then instantly going off of it afterwards up until the date to cease whatever bloating I get from it.
10-20k steps a day, and training full body.
Consuming electrolyte drinks with no sugar
Upping my intake of liquids to atleast 6 litres a day, because A LOT of the water we get is from the water found in foods.
Has anyone else on this forum done this/anything similar to this? If so please share your experiences here.
