That is true, but i think if you’re cursed with abnormally full buccal fat pads, it’s worth it to remove some of it.

if the surgeon is good he’d know how much to remove so that enough is left.

and even if it does age your skin faster it’s worth it to look sharper and better in your youth and a bit less attractive in your 40s+ than to look like a fat balloon in your youth but a bit better in your 40s+
