Since September of last year.
PPL for the first 6 months, just Push/Pull now with squats on push day and deadlifts on pull day. Working on mega thread so you can all get shredded.

Im 6'2.
I have never had to cut in my entire life. Still bulking til this day.

Im only eating at a slight calorie surplus of about 100-500 calories.
Roughly 2500 calories per day
 
Looks good dude, very solid progress especially compared to your starting point. My only advice is that your chest is lacking a bit, if I were you I would make that my #1 focus. If you're not already doing an abundance of incline pressing movements, add that in

Im natural. Supplementwise, creatine helps a lot. Protein powder helps but i dont need it. I have never used preworkout but it helps.
Keep in mind, as a skinny person, the simple act of gaining fat can make a massive improvement. So im buildiing muscle AND fat which are both improving my physique at the same time which may make the process look quicker compared to the average person.
Mind you, the average person is trying to LOSE weight AND gain muscle AT THE SAME TIME which is really hard to do. The fat could also be covering up the muscles; i dont have that problem.
You need to eat at a calorie surplus to gain muscle effectively which is what im doing anyway as im trying to gain bodyfat.
Hope that clears some things up

No they will 100% but the thing is there are not many men that have heavy bone structure its very rare.

It would make a girl go wet instantly, looking at your big fingers, hands, wrists, bones and so on. I personally had girls touching my arms and there was this one girl obsessed with my wrists and trying to close them but she couldnt jfl
