How much do you get? Any noticeable effects and how it correlates with LM? I’ve been doing some research and people make it out like it’s life or death if you get an extra hour but I wanna hear your guys opinion

Sometimes I naturally wake up after like 6 hours but it doesn’t make sense because when I get up and go through the day I feel trash but when I get the extra 1-2 hours I feel way better

7 hours is the minimum you need in order to survive properly. Anything less than that is simply detrimental

Yeah ofcourse I agree, but just how much benefit will 8 hours realistically give and is 7 hours enough to be in good shape in every aspect including mostly looks in this case

Anything from 7 to 9 hours is sufficient imo. Having a good routine improves ur health indicators though the effect on looks is neither direct nor noticeable. However if u lack them it can significantly worsen the situation

I'm pretty sure I wake up every 2 hours and go back to sleep barely remembering it, for 8 hours.

I've been getting 4-6 for the last 6 years

I'll likely get dementia or cancer in my late 50s

anything 7-9 is realistically the same. anything under 7 isnt healthy

From the current research I’ve done apparently 8-10hr range your hgh hormone is increased and your muscle tissue recovery is in its optimal window. I feel like facially aka mostly infraorbital region the main killer of your fat pads is blue light. Look at all the people who work in tech from my experience they always have horrendous eyebags, getting bad sleep will also fuck it up aswell though so you need to be careful just not staying up crazy late

I’d like that to be the case but what people are saying it’s like life or death between 7-8 :feelskek: I get 8-9hrs on average but sometimes I need to go down to 7 or at worst 6 so I’m just worrying about what it’s gonna do

Youre correct on the optimal sleep duration, another thing studies have shown to be critical is sleep regularity. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day can highly improve metabolic health.
Blue light definitely contributes to photoaging, but its effect on facial fat pads is minimal and its mostly on collagen (only with polonged exposure)

Would love to get optimal sleep but I just don't

Maybe rescheduling my stuff to do during the day might help but everytime I try to sleep I just can't and I toss and turn on my bed

Thanks for this info. What’s pretty weird is that I do sit in front of a screen for a decent amount of time maybe not crazy but like atleast 3-4 hours a day and my collagen is really good and my age indicators are really low I look way younger than I am so maybe it’s just case dependant or in extreme cases

Sleep apnea?

That doesn’t really work for me if I get less than 7 hours plus sleep apnea and high stress can ruin your sleep harmony and you end up waking up prematurely

Are you a toddler? 💀
No, just severely chronically sick. If I didn't have capital, I'd already be either homeless or fucking dead

There’s ways you can slow down the rate of deterioration. Same shit with aging, you’re going to age no matter what, but there’s ways of slowing it down
