wow it’s been awhile yeah i’m still sub 6 but it doesn’t bother me as much as i used too as i’ve leaned down to about 140 lbs and am currently trying to jsut get sub 12% body fat even if i am still ugly with it would anybody be interested in a 7 week soft max testing where i just do a bunch of cope methods and try to physique max let me know if that sounds interesting
