My maintenance calorie intake is 2072cal.
During whole thing I was rotting in my room.

Weight before fasting: 73kg
Weight today morning: 70kg

First 24hr no effects on weight. At the end of second day I was 71kg. Now few hours after third day ended I am 70kg.

If 3500cal is 0,45kg of fat, then I lost around 1kg of pure fat in those 70 hours, and other 2kgs probably being water or other stuff. With 500 calorie deficit it would take you 12 days of constantly starving.

You also have to be wary of binge eating disorders as you stuff your face on non fasting days

177cm short.

I am skinnyfat my abdominal is bloated with fat that I estimate on around 8kg mass total. We'll see what happens on next fast maybe lean for me can be 66-68kg.

I planned on staying at slight deficit during eating days. Gyms in Poland will be open in like 3 weeks so I want to cut as much as possible until then.

In fact if people wanna join my discord I'll give you the tips and motivation no joke! You'll loose the weight and you'll keep it off. Just warning you though you may look worse in the face when your fat cuz if you've got no bones it's over but for most people they'll ascend

Are you still going to be working while on a deficit once gyms reopen?
Yeah you shouldn't be able to pinch much and your abdominal should be completely flat without sucking it in on purpose. Completely flat. You get ABS in gym and uncover it in kitchen.

I will be on surplus when gyms open. If I notice something is getting fatter down there then I'm jumping on fasting. Key is to never get bloated in your life because as a male you cannot be skinnyfat/fat.
If things go like I predict then I got 6 more days of fasting (2 days every week maybe 3 if I feel like). Hopefully I can achieve noticable change in my abdominal.

Your maintenance might be even lower if you were only rotting in your room, but other than that should be pretty much correct. Mastering fasting is genious level of weight cutting, too bad my willpower is shit and I always give up. I have however been intermittently fasting for several years. I can't even imagine eating breakfast lol
