My maintenance calorie intake is 2072cal.
During whole thing I was rotting in my room.
Weight before fasting: 73kg
Weight today morning: 70kg
First 24hr no effects on weight. At the end of second day I was 71kg. Now few hours after third day ended I am 70kg.
If 3500cal is 0,45kg of fat, then I lost around 1kg of pure fat in those 70 hours, and other 2kgs probably being water or other stuff. With 500 calorie deficit it would take you 12 days of constantly starving.

No I didnt you retarded monkey. Its proven that you lose less muscle during water fasting than at classic deficit. Go google it.
Next week I am fasting for 48 hours max because third day was really hard, I barely had energy to move around the house, it was Hell. I think 48hrs might be sweet spot for me.
