What bodyfat percentage to you plan on going between when bulking/cutting while gymcelling?Yeah you shouldn't be able to pinch much and your abdominal should be completely flat without sucking it in on purpose. Completely flat. You get ABS in gym and uncover it in kitchen.
I will be on surplus when gyms open. If I notice something is getting fatter down there then I'm jumping on fasting. Key is to never get bloated in your life because as a male you cannot be skinnyfat/fat.
If things go like I predict then I got 6 more days of fasting (2 days every week maybe 3 if I feel like). Hopefully I can achieve noticable change in my abdominal.
I think 10 - 15% is ideal.
