70 hours of fasting just ended yesterday

Yeah you shouldn't be able to pinch much and your abdominal should be completely flat without sucking it in on purpose. Completely flat. You get ABS in gym and uncover it in kitchen.

I will be on surplus when gyms open. If I notice something is getting fatter down there then I'm jumping on fasting. Key is to never get bloated in your life because as a male you cannot be skinnyfat/fat.
If things go like I predict then I got 6 more days of fasting (2 days every week maybe 3 if I feel like). Hopefully I can achieve noticable change in my abdominal.
What bodyfat percentage to you plan on going between when bulking/cutting while gymcelling?
I think 10 - 15% is ideal.

10% is tbh exaggerated it's really low BF and hard to maintain and from what I heard not so healthy.

I'd say 12-13% is ideal. I dont care to be super shredded, I just want to have nice abs, flat stomach and some nice muscle.

As i always say this is my ideal aim:

You cant do that unless you are significantly overweight
I did that. You just need to integrate daily with magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium.

Bro this is not an electrolyte or mineral matter. You just cant go 20 day without eating if you dont have the fat reserve for it
 
Just be in a 1k calorie deficit for a month not to lose all the muscle tone theory
 
Good job! you could have further optimized it by staying in ketosis for a couple of weeks. If you eat a clean diet that’s high in protein, moderate carbs and fats in a 500 calorie deficit daily and fast 48 hours a week you’ll be doing very well. Add in lifting weights and you’ll be looking and feeling better when you are able to contract your muscles and start to see definition.

Just waiting for them gyms to open in around 3-4 weeks here. Gonna go blast till I lose consciousness. But before that I am getting rid of my fat.

My maintenance calorie intake is 2072cal.
During whole thing I was rotting in my room.

Weight before fasting: 73kg
Weight today morning: 70kg

First 24hr no effects on weight. At the end of second day I was 71kg. Now few hours after third day ended I am 70kg.

If 3500cal is 0,45kg of fat, then I lost around 1kg of pure fat in those 70 hours, and other 2kgs probably being water or other stuff. With 500 calorie deficit it would take you 12 days of constantly starving.

Keep crying for superior fasting with your MUUHH DEFICIT you idiots.

No I didnt you retarded monkey. Its proven that you lose less muscle during water fasting than at classic deficit. Go google it.

Next week I am fasting for 48 hours max because third day was really hard, I barely had energy to move around the house, it was Hell. I think 48hrs might be sweet spot for me.
