I feel like this has been discussed a bit before but i have experienced first hand how simple habits and puberty can make the difference of a lifetime. So a couple weeks ago my sleep schedule was starting to slip you know, just staying up a bit too late until like 1am which understandably makes someone look horrible. and i was in a bad mindset (just larping abt being sad) so life was pretty mediocre. but recently i did some public speaking and my confidence came back man like it was unbelievable and i don't even know why i felt confident after public speaking but it worked. I also fixed my sleep schedule to sleeping at 9-10pm which is very reasonable for my age. NEVER STRESS. Feeling sad can feel so right in the moment but looking back you'll realise you are just hindering your progress and making yourself feel weak for no reason so just calm down and don't choke yourself over stressing.
