No rhinoplasty will advance the entire midfacial block. For that, you're going to need a full-scale LeFort 3. This is a crucial factor in high-fashion models—their maxillae are positioned significantly in front of their orbits.

So, it is definitely possible to surgically attempt to become a high-fashion model, and there's a small chance everything goes right. But if it doesn't, you risk blindness, permanent facial numbness, and even death—that's the true cost that most surgeons won't fully disclose.
LeFort isn't the magic surgery; it's just the start, but far from the complete solution. Altogether, you need around 9 to 10 surgeries just to try to achieve these looks, and it's not even guaranteed you'll get there. but it is possible and giant implants will readily accomdaet you i just wish more surgeons were open

Good post, I think it’s totally unrealistic though as you say, unless you’re very badly disfigured there’s no point to try. The best surgeries for normies are things like rhino, cantho, fat grafts, implants etc. Advancing and cutting bones is high risk and not worth it for most people
