In terms of jaw shape and mandible body, this is possible, but it's a fucking pain in the ass. It won't be perfect, but you will get the closest result possible.

What you need is a deep plane neck lift—this is mandatory. Your hyoid bone limits how much of your jaw is shown.

Next, before getting implants, make sure you're not recessed, but more importantly, ensure the mandible isn't downswung (CCW). A neck lift and BSSO are mandatory to achieve this.

Then, you need genioplasty, and finally, jaw angle implants.

So, this look can be mimicked or replicated surgically—it won't be perfect, but it is possible to attempt.

You'd need to sequence it as follows: neck lift + BSSO with CCW rotation + genioplasty, and then—only after that—finally get jaw implants.

In total, that's about 4–5 surgeries just to attempt looking like a high-fashion model in this regard

1766755575671

Next bit: Most of this is possible, but you unfortunately can't move your eyeballs anteriorly (forward)—that's fixed in position. Your eyes consist of trillions of delicate cells, and any attempt to expose or mobilize them risks blindness.

However, the midface can be advanced. The next most important factor that high-fashion models have is a highly projected midface and nasion.

No rhinoplasty will advance the entire midfacial block. For that, you're going to need a full-scale LeFort 3. This is a crucial factor in high-fashion models—their maxillae are positioned significantly in front of their orbits.

You'll require a LeFort 3 osteotomy without moving the medial canthus.

The very last bit: You need forehead osteotomies. First, you need to advance the bone forward, and then you need an implant to make it angular again. This is possible, but it's very easily botched and easy to fuck up.
This about covers it. Why is it only 70% possible? Simple: skin thickness, how your body responds to bone movements, the risk of botching, and the fact that risks stack up with every surgery you undergo.
Next: You will be told by 90% of surgeons that you have body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).
So, it is definitely possible to surgically attempt to become a high-fashion model, and there's a small chance everything goes right. But if it doesn't, you risk blindness, permanent facial numbness, and even death—that's the true cost that most surgeons won't fully disclose.
LeFort isn't the magic surgery; it's just the start, but far from the complete solution. Altogether, you need around 9 to 10 surgeries just to try to achieve these looks, and it's not even guaranteed you'll get there. but it is possible and giant implants will readily accomdaet you i just wish more surgeons were open

Your fucking delusional on steroids your not getting moose ali khan bones with being skinny let alone most surgeries

Good post, I think it’s totally unrealistic though as you say, unless you’re very badly disfigured there’s no point to try. The best surgeries for normies are things like rhino, cantho, fat grafts, implants etc. Advancing and cutting bones is high risk and not worth it for most people

You just have to be prepared for the most likeliness of you looking like a monster for every day for the rest of your life

You won't look like a monster this a meme because of bogdanoff you can look uncanny but your move the bones forward in a specefic manner uncanny that mogs the fuck out of a normie with normal bones it's the risks of blindness that kinda scares me bear that in mind plus double and permanent loss of sensation in the face that's also possible

Plus insane high risk of infections. You can definitely look worse though from botching a surgery.

Well it's either this or being capped at low htn to high mtn which still mogs the average tbqh you won't get chad treatment though

This isn't about girls bro there a nice add on but not really you see mtns in relationships sure there cucks but there in relationships it's about achivig the treatment of a chad don't pretend your not jealous when you see clav getting all that attention it's not even about the sex it's about the respect every sucks your cock now if that's what clav got as a high high tier normie imagine what a chad would get like this guy

Well it does depending on where you want to end up for 99 percent of people thats mtn or ltns the ceiling is low htn because it's relatively simple movements it's easy to move the lower jaw and chin it's easy to create implants it's easy to give a rhino it's easy to give a cheek implant it's easy to lose weight but the true base the high fashion model base you need extreme surgeries

The base is the brutal pill but true but if your a ltn your borderline able to get 70 percent close but the risks are way higher as you need more surgeries

You're missing my point completely. Obviously those dudes aren't that attractive and their "bones" aren't impressive but I'm talking about the high fashion part.
Being skinny with an "interesting" face is the ideal, not being chad. There's hella freaks in high fashion. Only the white women get in by being conventional 10s tbh.

Jfl at getting surgeries to become a high fashion model. Like getting leg lengthening for an NBA career.

Bro no 1 wants a high fashion model career they want the looks that gets you that career because those looks grant you instant respect bro steayfr dudes go gay in your presence or start questioning there sexuality look at clav and he's a high high tier normie not even a true chad

if you want to create a high fashion look something about the face should be uncanny. as @chickencalves just said. a high fashion look (which you litterly have in the title of this post) is to be somewhat interesting to look at, they need unique flaws that make them stand out. fashion models are hardstuck at HTN pushing CL at most.

You seem to be confused you seem to think I want to be a high fashion model no I don't need there money I don't need the millions I'm not jealous of the millions I want the looks and the treatment they get every time they go outside to get to that level you absolutely need all these surgeries unless your base is stronger but again I'm not talking to that demographic in talking to me and the ltn to mtn demographic the vast majority of people

You’ve missed lateral expansion of the midface. If you’re cyclops or dolphin cel then you need OBO to fix that.

I’m not sure that’s even possible in combo with a Lefort 2 (realistically most will get a Lefort 2 with infra/zygo implants as it’s more customisable than a Lefort 3) anyway due to massive overlap in the affected areas.

The reality for me is that I would need to cut and reposition every bone in my face. I would agree that’s borderline suicidal. I’m sure Giant could do it but at what cost financially, in no doubt multiple revisions, years spent in recovery from many rounds of surgery and the almost certainty of many complications simply due to rolling the dice way too many times.

I would not even try it unless I had at least 200k to burn (at current prices) and at least 5 years of my life that I was willing to sacrifice.

Yeah your right sorry I'm retarded I only focused on the side but yeah you can do it people don't want to do it it's unimaginable a gamble but it's possible even for a god tier surgeon like giant but why not 200 k is like 5 years savings

8 years savings for me. Let’s face it, if you need that level of facial reconstruction you’ve probably also been forced into a shit career and are woefully underpaid.

God tier surgeon or not, this stuff can’t all be done in one surgery. I think you’d be lucky to be finished in three years.

It’s a very small subset of people who both have 200k in savings and are suicidally depressed enough to follow through with such things.

Your confused I'm not saying your ugly I'm saying you can ascend but your never gonna be a high fashion surgeons are not trying to turn you into that

You may go from a mid tier normie to low high tier normie to mid high tier normie or if your base is better maybe high high tier normie but your not going from the top 20 percent to the top 0.0001 percent

a full scale Lefort 3 for cosmetic purposes is practically impossible, fully impossible from a credible and licensed craniofacial surgeon, so to begin with this is basically impossible
