Which one is the most goated? I know that if for a year i sleep 1h less then it be such a gain of time but if 8h is optimal then I guess I'll do... But I really feel like 8h is a myth

depends on the person but the optimal time is between 7-9 hours

the optimal is as much as possible, even 13 hours would be the most ideal more is better

and its not the sleep length that matters the most, sleep quality does 5 hours with very good and deep sleep could count just as much as 9h of bad sleep

Depends if you exercise or not, female or male, exhaustion levels on a daily basis etc.. Just sleep for a week or two with no alarm or constraints at same BED TIME with no known wakeup time. This will give you an average of how many hrs u should sleep.

More the better. Trust me, sleep is more important then whatever your going to do in that 1 hour, and if you really need that extra hour, go to sleep and wake up earlier.

Is the most optimal since it follows natural sleep cycles and you get full 8h of sleep
