- 325mg of Testosterone Cypionate with Grapeseed a week (SubQ, 4x a week) upped by 25mg
- 5mg of Cilias
- 25mg of Clomid EOD ( 12.5–50 mg/day or EOD) has shown it can start stimulating LH/FSH while on cycle, helping reduce the severity of suppression.)
- 350mg of L-Carnitine EOD
- Accutane 40mg
- 2.5mg Minoxidil
- 1.25mg Finasteride
- 2600 Calories a day, 200g of protein.

Fixing the siding effects from 5.5 weeks
Bloat Fixed
The bloat has been completely fixed, now I do not know if this was because of me getting off Anavar and MK677, or the fact I increased injections from twice a week to 4 times a week, but I'd like to imagine it's a combination of these factors.
SubQ Injection Oil Lumps
The huge welt lumps are now gone switching from T Ethanate to T Cypionate, worth the money it cost to do it.
Hormonal Acne
The start of it has begun, my doctor thankfully prescribed me Accutane which I am now on day 8 of.
Oily Hair + Oily Skin
Accutane will fix this eventually but for now, spamming cologne has been the go to.
Smelly and Musky
Okay I used to shower every other day, but that's just not possible anymore. Even when I do shower everyday, even the little bit of sweat has a stronger smell, not like an Indian but too much imo. Showering every day helps obviously but still, one workout session and I reek.
Really Good Energy
Honestly, I'd take Test for the energy benefits alone, the drive you get and energy is pretty incredible. I came from a repressed T level of 280ng, so the energy results are very pronounced.
I've seen more progress on steroids, doing only Push/Pull 4 times a week, for 8 weeks, than I had doing 5x a week, natural, for 2 years.
You can finally see muscle group definition, triceps have increased in size, forearms are more vascular and hard, bicep is larger, and deltoid is beginning to form its proper look
I am pretty happy with the results, to fill out my God damn monkey arms I am pretty happy, and I am now certain that steroids only make sense long term. The people doing 6-12 week cycles, like I was intending to do, is just ridiculous. But I am glad I see that now.
Note I've not went to a gym once, I use resistance bands (which I went from 70 > 90 lbs) and I've now moved to 30 lbs dumbells.
I was doing low weight (cause I don't have heavier) and high reps to reach optimal hypertrophy (1-2 sets before failure, 3 minute rest between sets)
It has gotten so ridiculous that Im doing 3 sets of 30 on hammer curls because of how low the weight is, so I've upped to 30 and have a maximum of 50lbs dumbbells now so I hope to have much less reps to reach optimal hypertrophy.
Most noticeable changes have been in the arms and forearms. I will post next update in 8 weeks, I have lowered my calories back to 2600 from 2900.
I've documented this so other people who are wanting to get on steroids can see realistic growth and not have the view I did of a short cycle. I went through the Ashwagandha cope, the SERM only cope, all roads appear to lead to Test. Blood test later this week for T, Estrogen, and LSH. Will reply once I have the results. After blood test will bump Test up to 400-450mg depending on results
