With a homicide rate of 134.24 homicides per 100,000 people, Tijuana ranks number one for the second consecutive year. The following ranks were occupied by Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (104.54), Uruapan, Michoacán (85.54), Irapuato, Guanajuato (80.74) and Ciudad Obregón, Sonora (80.72).
