8 Days on DNP results

Side Effects: Haven't felt really any sides since i'm on 200mg but i'm down 7 pounds in 8 days. I even drank copious ammount of alchol and caffeine 2 nights but that's not happening again. I was fine no scare or increased effects.

Protocol & Results: Have been eating about 1700-1800 cals a day no cardio just lifting and my test will help with muscle retention. Obviously this was not 7 pounds of fat and I don't look any different in the mirror I honestly look worse but that's expected on DNP.

Likely lots of glycogen/water so far but I will make a 2 week update when I get there. I would appreciate any suggestions or tweaks for maximum results
