Only procedure I’d consider is a rhino. Definitely not nasal implants or changing the malar implants; you’ve already got a good result, no need to risk messing it up.


For your skin — More Plates More Dates had a post-steroid skin protocol. It’s probably similar to what you’re already doing, but worth checking out.


Stop wearing odd-coloured T-shirts. Stick to fitted T-shirts in white, black, or navy — it’ll look much better.

yeah i dyed it like one shade darker. i had a transplant on the corners so im trying to work around that. the corners are still about half the density of my actual good hair :/ going for a wolf cut once i get the right length on top

yeah i had one april of last year. results on that are kinda meh. the corners and hairline are pretty thin, but thick enough i can use some of that root cover spray on them and have it look semi normal. I'll probably get it patched up in a few years

Yea it's a bit straight for me tastes. I got mine done last year as well with a different design.
Hair transplant is rarely discussed here but it's probably just a good ROI for everyone.

Lifted your upper lip a bit. Could be through a lip lift, not sure if you’re tired of getting procedures lol

As for the nasolabial folds, you can probably go with paranasal implants. Look into those and see if you like the results

I really hate my nasolabial folds even more than my big ass nose :/ i really think some midface stuff would help it. we're shooting for surgery around august, so we'll see if boosting my skin elasticity alone is enough to fix the frumpiness there by then.

i'm getting buccal fat removal most likely, looking at maybe doing full lower third implants as well. slightly lowering and widening the chin and fixing some asymmetries with whatever combo of soft tissue adjustment, bone shaving, genio, or implants that requires.

it'll be a year in like a week so ik its not gunna get any better. i could maybe see about getting it fixed up in conjunction my next operation, but idk if its worth the headache of scheduling 2 different surgeries with 2 different teams across Istanbul at the same time

Id say so since ur alr there and temple framings the most important part of a normal hairline imo. How bad was it before for 1.8k grafts turned out like that

maybe nw 2 on one side and 3 on the other. this pic immediately post op does a good job of showing the old hairline vs the new. i wouldnt be surprised if they shorted me some grafts tho

honestly I thought when you said temporal corners u straightup only meant the corners + sides for 1.8k covering that large of an area thats honestly really good given the before state. I'd still recommend another pass though just for the ability to rock fire ass hair without worrying if it gets see through though mirin where did u get it done

looking at your previous pics I didn’t even realize you had HT and I thought you had a really good implantation for a roidhead. I don’t think you need anymore.
