$80 down the drain for a consult with a surgeon who said having recessed infras is ideal

Paid $80 and gave DR Fahd my reasonings why and he literally told me that fixing my tear troughs is not ideal for a “masculine” look and instead having these recessed fucked infras and dark under eyes is better esp with my slightly negative-neutral vector. (Whenever I squint you can see the muscle btw)

This was for fat grafting btw, this dude said that these types of under eyes look horrible and it looks weird. Was he right and am I wrong or was I right to reject his idea of aesthetics? He has had 30 years of experience btw and has done over 1027 cases of micro grafting over 15 years.

Reference images I shown since he didn’t understand what I meant, instantly said it looks bad and unnatural. Like fuck bro if that’s unnatural and weird go ahead make me unnatural looking. But see, amazing under eyes with 0 tear troughs and it’s completely smooth.

That’s just their own stupidity, this surgeon had a research paper just on fat grafting for over 1000 cases and didn’t have an eye for aesthetics even though his results clearly were amazing.


Good ethics though for actually countering my view, which I respect but it gets to a point where I need to have a say instead of him spamming its unnatural

It looks like you have thin undereye skin (making blood vessels visible). It doesn’t look like you lack structural support in the undereyes. I don’t see any hollowing or shadowing along the tear trough.
