BS jobs exist because companies need to get more investments, and since they become more "trusted" the more people they hire, then they do so, the salaries are not considered a profit so they are also tax deductible

But this mostly exists with big business (which is also why they have shit profit margins usually) in this shithole centralized economy

i agree most workers do their jobs at a decent level if they didn't they would be fired. i say about 80 percent perform at avg or slightly better, and 10 percent over-perform and 10 percent perform just below avg.
