the hairline area hasn't grown back at all and i have really tiny thin spots throughout my scalp (when i take a picture in the dark with the flash on) so im probably just starting to diffuse thin

seeing my dermatologist next week, i still have a tiny amount of copium that i have some kind of infection or that something's wrong with my scalp but damn it's tough balding at 19

OP is diffuse thinning though which is x2 worse than just a receding hairline

I actually don't know if the decision to take finasteride is worth it. I personally chosed finasteride, but when looking back at my life, I tend to act very asexual on finasteride. So you have hair, but on the same time have no motivation to actually persue girls. Last lay, I kinda found her on finasteride and starting dating her, then waited until she wanted to sleep together, then stopped finasteride, after 3 days I was horny and fucked her hard, enough to make her fall in love with me, then i hopped back up on finasteride, and was laying beside her not wanting sex anymore, she got disappointed, i lost interest, the relationship ended.

Found a girl without finasteride, had a very stable relationship with her for 2 weeks, then she said something about my hairloss, I got insecure and took a tablet. The next day she is knocking on my door, she gets home to me, I disappoint her by not being interested in anything sexual, she probably sense something is wrong with me and block me

In many ways i see, not taking finasteride would lead to a harder time finding a willing girl, but after actually aquiring one, you would have a more stable sex drive and the relationship would last a lot longer

Everyone who says this always end up regretting it. If you're worried about the side effects of fin you can check your hormones to see if you're susceptible or try topical fin.

Being visually bald/balding NW >=2 before 27 will obliterate your looks.
