Wake up and immediately feel starving

Go kitchen chop onions and veg, make scrambled eggs with 3-4 eggs and gluten free bagel

I dump a ton of avocado oil into every meal for calories

2 hours later get hungry

Eat Greek yogurt with fruit

Lunch Make chicken with veg and rice tons of rice and oil for cals

Snack - Order kebab

Preworkout - gluten free sandwich with jam and cream cheese

Dinner Chicken and rice with veg

If I get hungry eat cookies, ice cream, randomly when I want
