A friend of mine is like 4% bf at the limit of leanness, yet his face still looks like he's 20-25% bf. It could just be genetics bro. 60kg at 180cm is just not healthy in my opinion bro. Idk how old you are, but it could also just be some baby fat. And losing weight this hard is just not good for your development.

Yeah im on .5mg and meals that I use to down like nobody's business I cant even eat nearly what I use to, the Reta just comes and says "Put down the fork, thats gross, and you're full.

I have 0 hunger any time of the day and eat once a day (but 3k+ kcal in one sitting like a carnivore animal, worth mentioning) prob only cos I’m attached to eating psychologically, I don’t feel the hunger tho. When I used reta for the first time, I ended up taking 2 mg per week. I had zero hunger. I achieved my goal weight, but after I stopped taking reta, I started eating like crazy and gained like 7kg in 7-8 weeks.

Now I have started again and I have the same problem reta just doesnt hit anymore. I have titrated up to 8 mg using the same vial kit and Im still hungry and eat like crazy. Maybe too low of a weight? I was 64 kg at 182 cm. Maybe adding Caglumatide could help

holy shit 2mg makes me anorexic and im like 250lbs but id start taking cagrilintide to kill ur appetite but it slows your gastric emptying and makes me constipated id recommend you take some stimulants, caffine epehdrine and yohimbine are all otc and that stack helps you burn fat and makes you not want to eat. If you want something stronger take some phentermine its a prescription stimulant that is pretty mild on you but destroys your appetite you can probably buy a shit ton from indiamart for cheap
