I wanna start taking reta and bam15 but I don't know how much to order. For reta the one I m gonna get is 10 mg per vial , I don't really know how much a vial lasts .
I know I should start with 1mg but is it daily ? For how long should I stay on it ? What is gonna happen if I stop ?
however I did not find the bam15 . what do you recommend instead of bam 15 (DNP)?
my goal is essentially fat loss without alot of damage to my muscle mass . Should I get other things ?
Also are there any products that can increase cognitive capacities ( not adderal ritaline etc cause I m already on it ) but like injectebles or tablets that boost your allertness etc .
