8mm lifts

does anyone use 4 or 8mm padded insoles for that slight edge??im 6'2 but i think above 5 ft 10 i think it would be worth it. every bit counts...wouldnt be too noticeable when they come off compared to some of the ridiculous ones some ppl wear. 8mm would be abt 1/3 of an inch. not disgustingly massive but just a little extra something. thinking about ordering some for my dress boot s
