side effects:

• Extreme fatigue / whole body drained / sluggish as fuck
• Excessive sleepiness – sleeping most of the day, long naps, micro-wakeups then falling back asleep
• Feeling tired even while just sitting
• Reduced appetite big time: morning appetite suppression, no breakfast/brunch, weak hunger drive, no motivation to eat, going long periods without eating → weight loss
• Dizziness
• Fasting blood sugar still normal tho

extremely vivid dreams
