9 Month Ascension (June/july 2025 to April 2026) (sub 5 to mtn)

First 4 were in June/ July of this year, was about 220 pounds, 20%+ body fat, and 6’4. Last 3 were from this morning, I’m 6’5, 178, and 11.5% now.

I’ve tried 15+ but for any person buy retatrutide and mt2, ipa and cjc for gh (or actual gh but I haven’t expiramented with that), bpc and tb500 for skin repair, ghk too but high dosage 10mg+ or cope, hcg for natural test if you aren’t on test already and a couple others but those are the necessities.

Doing both, helps by just saying “I’m not a person that does that anymore” I guess dopamine regulation has also helped a lot, just because it’s easier to start and stay doing things that help me.

Will be in the next month or two after I get another set of bloodwork and my iso starts is halfway done. I’m experimenting with my natural test production as I’m taking 25mg enclo eod and 250iu hcg ed. My test before was 650 with high shbg before starting so realistically it was less than 500. Now I’m definitely 1000+ but can’t know for sure until after bloodwork.
