I started working out 9 months ago with the implementation of a deficit and a rather inconsistent sodium cutting. I need genuine advice how to improve my overall bone structure since i think i look a bit soft right now. Im 16 and 5’9 (brutal) but im still growing in height and muscle volume.
Note that i am 30% bf right now, in the previous i was around 36% bf. I cant afford peptides or hormone shots but I can take advice on my diet and hopefully be more appealing by the end of the year.
