9 month transformation, how can i maximize potential?

I started working out 9 months ago with the implementation of a deficit and a rather inconsistent sodium cutting. I need genuine advice how to improve my overall bone structure since i think i look a bit soft right now. Im 16 and 5’9 (brutal) but im still growing in height and muscle volume.

Note that i am 30% bf right now, in the previous i was around 36% bf. I cant afford peptides or hormone shots but I can take advice on my diet and hopefully be more appealing by the end of the year.

definitely need to cut considering your 30% bf. i believe that will give u a proper realisation on what u need to work on, your face doesnt seem to retain that much fat if youre actually 30%. probably like a 300-400 cal cut, or whatever is required for you to lose 0.5kg per week, or less. you dont want loose skin, so id say 0.5.

this. Seems like a big failo. Actually have quite a nice face. Really short on the sides with the top 'up' (and needs to be longer than what it is so that it kind of falls in on itself) would look good I tihnk

I actually considered this back then… not too good id say

I feel like if you slimmed out, wolf cut would be a pretty good choice.

downside is you’ll have this awkward phase of long short hair and it’ll look bad for a while till it’s fully grown .

Would this be sustainable for 2 months? I want something that doesnt require much maintenance other than sea salt spray/pomade and a blow dryer.

beauty comes at a cost, besides 2 months really isnt a short time for maintenance. It can always be worse

how tall are you? Focus on cutting bodyfat and then think about softmaxes. The gym is a good option for asian guys

Mayhaps, but i did squint a bit in that photo— i have natural angry eyes which can be good or bad depending how you look at it. Some people call me out for “faking hunter eyes” when im just focusing. 🤷‍♂️ IMG 1755

Hair at that length doesn’t require much maintenance, bro.

Don’t over-complicate it with all these hair products, you’ll need one or two at most.

I don’t recommend blow drying either, just use a towel to dry your hair **

I havent had surgery, frankly because im scared of needles and a scalpel.

i would say you are LTN, purely because youre fat. If you werent fat then probably mtn
