Zygomatic Bones

The zygos:

The zygomatic processes of the temporal bones:

The horizontal breadth of the cheekbones (zygos) and the zygomatic processes, as well as how forward-set or rearward-set the front of the zygos are, contribute to facial aesthetics (and the lack thereof).

A study done on Korean hairline-correction-surgery patients—

—identified that there are different shapes of zygos:

1743607364052

Some people’s zygos are anteriorly set—prominently forward-projecting but flattish at the front. Some people’s zygos are posteriorly set—the widest part of their face is at the back of the zygomatic process, and their zygos taper inwards towards the front.

In addition to forward and rearward "settedness" of the zygos, the lateral projection of the zygos and the breadth of the zygomatic processes vary between individuals.

That is cope. Its because chad asian countries are MUCH less populated(so the phenotypes). You cant just mix every asians with SEA and EA.

Proto-mongoloids (native americans/tibetans/etc.), Central asians, fair amount of Japanese who have Jomon admixture, and some Northern Han asians like chinese north mountain dwellers have some cards going for them. Their height is no less than whites(5'10-511 avg for youngs), their bonemass is more than whites JFL. Their maxillas are shit, but it compensates with cheekbones as you said.

Only shitty feature is epicanthal fold that reduces PFL, but that's easily fixable and cheap asf surgery if asian person is high iq and does epicanthoplasty instead of double eyelid surgery. And mostly no lashes/eyebrows, but that's again easily fixable and varies.

And i want to remark that most of the best looking/dimorphic asian phenotypes are developed under that they were mostly eating carnivore and did not eat rice JFL. And i dont think that asians from this countries has more morphological reasons to have lower SMV, cultural - probably, but not due to genetics.

some pic of haruma miura(1)/random mountain asian(2-3)/central asian guy who posted himself there(4)/native americans(5)

Another beatiful thread, appreciate the research, teach me how to make these bro

Make a thread specifically on the types of zygo arches, among different races, how it best looks in moggers and posterior depth

Zygo Breadth: High
Zygo Anteriorness: High

Anteriorness low, sharper shape and high posterior breadth powering is a classic caucasoid shape

High anteriorness and breath would mog provided there is more anterior posterior depth midface, ogee curve would look nuts

However the shape has to be really sharp and high, no round shit

In your morphs the cheekbones almost look like convex malar fatpads, like a woman

Can you make a morph adjusting the anterior posterior heights/thickness of the zygo and zygomatic arch/process individually?

Problem is naturally aesthetic people with those traits don't exist almost at all anymore due to gracilization and environmental factors.

100%, elaborate on the gracilization point and what environmental factors specifically? If one wanted to reverse those, any ideas? To build such a robust skull
