Depends where you go, most results we see are bluepilled guys who get a hair transplant, don't understand it or how to maintain it and just accept having thinner hair.. some guys (especially blackpilled celebrities) get insane transplants from amazing doctors.

Although I do think hair systems are better. My mother is a hair-dresser and started doing those systems last year and she says its incredible how many people look in the mirror after having a fresh, full head of hair and just smile so genuinely about it, it raises the confidence so much they even give a massive tip haha. It needs to be maintained often however.
