I used to be able to do it since I was 0 sugar at one point. And I didn't want it at all, which shows that it's a physical addiction. I just need to distract myself.

Asians have a very different views on religion, gender and culture compared to europeans. Westerners tend towards extremes whereas asians tend to gravitate towards the middle. E.g. western euros like swedes are massive degenerates and eastern euros like chechens are hyper masculine traditionalists. In central asia, women wear business suits not hijabs, and study alongside men in school. Dancing and even moderate drinking is generally considered acceptable but "shameful" behavior like promiscuity is seen as unacceptable. A lot of people in central asia are not even religious partly because central asian governments are anti religion and want to promote modernization. One thing that worries me is that modern asians are becoming too materialistic, especially in major cities like wulumuki.

Although I do agree, drinking alcohol is really bad for your health. I work out daily though as well and do wrestling.
