Deep down each one of us knows that ascending won’t make us happy, it might feel like that but this is a basic truth of human nature.
Your excessive focus on looks is actually just the result of a misplaced desire for a sense of importance, the human race has relied on this for generations to ensure that our species continues to improve itself.
That doesn’t necessarily mean looksmaxxing won’t improve your life, but what I’m suggesting is that it will never be enough.
I mean when you really think about it logically, why else would you constantly see attractive/high-status/conventionally successful men seeking new hits of validation.
For those of you that need a more objective explanation, the ego can never be satisfied. Our worldly desires are merely that, worldly desires. We are inherently designed to buy into the illusion that one day we will finally feel complete.
Now for my theory.
Basically the elite have intentionally destroyed our sense of community (manufacturing conflicts, abolishing religion, social media, etc…) and now that many of us lack any sense of identity, we are predisposed to cope through empty forms of validation like looksmaxxing.
This makes sense because these values are promoted everywhere, we are completely sheltered from meaningful connections, which makes us miserable.
The Disease of More
Success is often the first step toward disaster. The idea of progress is often the enemy of actual progress.
