In my experience, the issue is not that it's impossible to meet your looksmatch but the fact that after college it is so much difficult to meet women outside of dating apps and on dating apps, competition is fierce, if you don't have characteristics that help you stand out like being muscular you're kind of screwed.

Otherwise, you can meet women through social circles if you have friends, but if you're autistic like me, friend groups that know women are just not within the realm of possibility. I did get opportunities when my mom introduced me to a girl once and I'll tell you how I fucked that up, back then, it was the pandemic and I had stopped doing sports so my sex drive was very low, so I didn't feel interested in dating.

A lot of guys just don't exercise. One of the benefits I have felt since starting to lift regularly and do bicycling also is I have so much energy and such a higher sex drive that if I get another opportunity, I'll feel more motivated to actually go through with it and see where it goes. Most guys, they're so obsessed with their video games and dumb loser hobbies nowadays that they don't have the energy that their ancestors have and they lack the drive to pursue women. The nofap community blames porn but it's actually a lack of testosterone, caused by a lack of physical activity.
