They eat like shit, do drugs, go to the gym, do sports etc. They do destructive habits
still dont understanding this gym/sports life expentancy thing, do you seriously think they’re doing more harm than good?

Exercise (mostly cardio) raises cortisol, stretches heart tissue, weakens tendons, ages you by causing you to eat more, overloads tissue production
Low intensity weight lifting is not bad but it's not good either
Cardio is very deadly though, avoid it if you want to focus on health

Thank God. That’s the perfect amount of life. Old enough to enjoy more life but not too old where you look like a corpse, you’re miserable and riddled with health problems waiting to die

ive been saying this for a while there is a reason why athletes even like ronaldo all of them have had a perfect diet since/exervise hours a day and yet still look there age if not older,the only reason they look close to there normal age is bc there perfect diet balances it out,if you exercise alot with a bad diet you will age 1.4 times speed around,moderate low intense workout 3 times a week is key but sadly lifting weights is even worse then cardio

bad example giving ronaldo tbh because he does do moderate exercise not like these zoomers who lift heavy daily and looks 35 not 90,but look at any early 20 year old who has been gym maxxing sinc 16,all have bad texture skin/hair all have fine lines and all are balding,im not gonna try convince anyone keep doing it

yes people who exercise do on average live LONGER BC THEY DRINK ALCHOHOL ALOT LESS,DONT DO DRUGS,HAVE A BETTER DIET THEN PPL WHO DONT 'exercise' obvously doing exercise with not doing any of them habbits will make you live longer but not if som1 does them habbits without hard exercise will live longer then the first comparison also i never said 'exercise is bad' moderate cardio/very light weights can be ok but anything maxxing out or high intensity will slowly kill you
