When I got lean I did it for 100 days

First 42 without reseed then after 42 days I did a refeee every 14 days

25% to 12% in 100 days

From all the studies I’ve read stunting growth only happens when subject is under malnutrition for years and is anorexic.

never done it myself so idk(y)

i always try to eat nutrient rich and healthy, but if on a deficit id only eat the absolute best
to keep the body healthy.. even if growth wont be stunned it will bring other issues if u just consume
slop worth 950kcals
