Natties should always eat primal raw animal diet and train full body 2-3 times a week. As easy as that.

I live in bolivia Amazon, i eat raw meat raw milk raw eggs and it is very common here, only dumb americanos and europeans find it weird bcs of all the pharmaceutical propaganda

Natties have to do compounds 2-3 times a week, eat a high fat high protein diet and included carbs from fruits, veggies and honey.
Vitamin A is giga important for nattys to build muscle and Vitamin A is only found in raw animal fat.
Also Raw muscle meat is the most anabolic food there is on earth coupled with raw heart and raw testicles.
Of course roidera can eat sam sulek diet and gain muscle bcs roids do all the job and more

Thank you I was looking for a way to inhibit myostatin and all I had so far was to do pushups frequently throughout the day because myostatin expression gets blocked for 1 hour after training. Combine that with full body training 3 days a week and this could actually make natty training worth it.

Training back and legs is the most important since 80 of ur muscle is there.
Squats pull ups are king for mass, always
