Everything or almost 99% of the problems and the life you live right now can be traced back to your birth or your early childhood, specifically the first 7 years of your life(when a child develops and that’s how he will live the rest of his life)

Even if they were good, there’s a lot of factors which come into play, but usually the first 7 years are very important for a human’s life

My dad was beating me without mercy. I had to go to football practice 24/7 and train to become the black messi. Now everytime he sees mbappe he always says that couldve been you if you werent a fuck up :feelswhy:

You can achieve that state on lsd or psychedelics in general and also meditation but its hard to rewire your brain and when I say hard its really hard to let go of yourself to that point

Yeah that shaped you as a person, my childhood was very awful, I didn’t go a day without stressing so much and pissing my pants in school because I was scared to go into the bathroom by myself(that’s how bad it was), my early life and childhood was not a life, it was survival.

same and people pretend as if you form your own mindset. No everyone else around you during your early years do. Im unironically a sadist cause of my father

The best and most effective way to rewire your brain is mushrooms, other methods are very hard and meditation takes a lot of time

Theres also something called dark night of the soul that will take you back to that state, but its a really tough journey, a nightmare I would say, depending on the person as well how problematic their ego is

I agree but it’s very high risk high reward. When I took shrooms and lsd together I became more blackpilled and a borderline schizophrenic even more than before

Yeah I would advice to stay away from psychedelics if you want to get rid of your current self

Meditation and surrending is a longer and complicated progress but youre in control, psychedelics youre not in control

Meditation works but it’s a long process, there’s this tibet monk who’s brain gamma waves proved scientifically that he’s the happiest man in the world, he’s the happiest man in the world by living such a simple life by meditation only. But with our fried nuked dopamine receptors it’s hard.

That was a daily experience for me when I was a child by my uncle, he threatened and held me to drop me from the balcony

Psychedelics can work well but youre not in control, the drug will show every corner of ypur consciousness without you being ready, you can become fried for life

The "dark night of the soul" is a spiritual concept, originating with St. John of the Cross, that describes a period of profound inner struggle, loss, or questioning, often felt as a descent into darkness. This phase can be a time of disorientation and meaninglessness, where established beliefs and sense of purpose are challenged. While it can feel like a difficult time, it is often seen as a necessary step in personal growth and spiritual transformation.

Any book recommendations? Sounds anecdotal tbh.

I think MK-Ultra methods have a better effect:feelshah:

Hardest way but most effective to rewire long term is doing what you don’t feel like doing
The first 7 years of ur life determine what feels good to you (talking to foids, working out, eating healthy blah blah blah
By doing what you do not want to do u tell ur brain we doin this now and with enough time he’ll be like alright buddy we doin it ur way now

Btw Murphy tried psychedelics to become gay and it did not work
