Not all murderers who are rehabilitated are actually fixed but since the vast majority of them are we should just release every single murderer who has been through therapy.


Not all children 10-11 have gone through puberty, but since the vast majority of them are we should have sex with them if they consent despite not knowing what their age is.


Edit: Also just because a child has reached puberty doesn't mean they're sexually developed yet, nor are they mentally developed to have sex.
