I recommend seasons 6-14. I'm a bit more forgiving and lenient than many Simpsons fans, I think the following seasons did have a few decent episodes in each season, just a lot less compared to seasons 6-14.

Seasons 27 is BY FAR the best "new" season (from Season 25-35 which is where we are now). Actually it's getting worse season after season
