The data doesn't lie if the sample size is big and unbiased random sampling. Assuming it is, this would be correct. Although do remember that data follows a normal distribution, so many guys are close to you until the higher percentiles. I have a 6.8in and I find it hard to believe that I'm 85th percentile sometimes.
