It's still natural because it's all biological. Now if it was the result of a, let's say, nuclear explosion then yes it's unnatural because it's caused by radiation (an outside factor). And yeah if I get cancer then so be it. It's better than killing myself if I were to go down that road anyway.

My granddad passed away from lung cancer in 2020. But he was 85 years old, he was diagnosed a few weeks after his 85th birthday. When he was diagnosed, it was already at stage 4. He only lived 6 more days after his diagnosis.

But it seems more tragic when it happens to a child. Its a difference between a man in his 80s and a child under 10 being diagnosed with a terminal illness
