yesterday in the afternoon I crashed out and ate a lot of cookies (dont remember how much but I know its high calories) and I was still hungry after but I was able to control myself, and then before bed I took 5htp, I swear it makes me feel happy asf, gave me good sleep and it lowered my appetite, today I wasnt too hungry as well, I was still able to eat a normal amount of food but its not like my morbidly obese appetite.

honestly i dont feel different on literally anything i take

nootropics, serotonin shit, even stuff like 500 test and tren OR crashed test/e2 just dont affect my mood whatsoever
