they are similar, A looks a little more striking, mouth and eyes.

yeah A i changed undereye, ipd, nose less bulbous, chin more square, lips up and more simmetrical. C only made nose less bulbous

yeah the lifefuel is that i heard that symmetry irl motion isnt noticeable, but it sucks in pics. I dont know if its worth it a rhynoplasty

Symmetry irl isn't noticable if it isn't insanely prevalent. Story time:
A friend of mine (X) met a friend (Y) of a friend (Z), and when Y met X he instantly screamed "BRO HOW CROOKED IS YOUR NOSE?!" and everyone started laughing (also the X).

That just happened because the nose from the front literally deviates by 10-15 degrees to one side. In your case it isn't really noticable.

yeah im thinking about getting one in the future but i dont know if the risk of going wrong is worth it tbh. Also genioplasty and undereye implants.
