Extreme water but good reminder overall, I take around 15-30mg beta carotene per day and some additional Astaxanthin sometimes.

copers will say it's unhealthy, but studies have only shown it's unhealthy for chronic smokers.

i never bothered to read the whole study, but this is the conclusion:

"These findings support the conclusion that supplementation with β-carotene increases the risk of lung cancer in smokers regardless of the tar or nicotine content of cigarettes smoked. Our data suggest that all smokers should continue to avoid β-carotene supplementation."

Do everything other than the beta carotene, beta carotene gives a sickly yellowish color to your skin. Lycopene + astaxanthin mimicks red undertones and gives a natural looking tan, which is deemed attractive

the studies all used beta-carotene instead of lycopene/astaxanthin, so your conclusion is invalid and just anecdotal/hearsay.

15mg is 200g of sweet potato btw, I eat 400-500g a day, will post results in a week

Beta carotene should only be taken in Youre pale white or in the very upper shade of light brown anything below that would make you look worse and astaxanthin only works on people who are white or light brown with red undertones/pink or with no undertones and Lycopene should be taken by everyone the only one which works on everyone

Fr I’ve been on 3 and half months 6mg but the first month I was with beta carotene so I literally got a yellow shade cause I’m medium brown so I had to switch one which didn’t have beta carotene and I can say it is effective the colour of my palm is red and my leg it is usually very visible when I’m doing some exercise or during hot weathers but yea for more results I need to take it for atleast 7 months and with that should eat tomatoes too everyday

I'm afraid that might affect some things like erection quality and whatever

Dht is to maintain secondary sexual characteristic not primary, testosterone maintains erections, libido, muscle mass, bone density, masculine features

Astaxanthin is cope <24mg. Also, many aesthetic supplements including all the aforementioned fall under the category of antioxidant. Gymmaxxers should avoid antioxidant supplementation within the peri-workout window. Keep it 2-4 hours before or after a workout to prevent interference with MSP.

ok i'll just supp 2 a day ig , I think i have seen small results but who knows
And add lycopene for red tones so you don’t just end up yellow and look jaundiced.

Why not mt1/mt2 mt2 works great

I started with around 30mg for 2-3 weeks to make the beta carotene saturate faster.

Now my maintainance is 15mg every day, I'll either maintain that dosage or use 1/2 ed / 15mg eod

I saw results after around 1-2 months, I got told my skin tone looks a lot healthier / (more tanned?)

The antioxidant effects are also another benefit.

dont combine it with vitamin A though or only take small amounts as BA converts into vit A

Say it never came if you say it’s broken you might have to send it back.
A better method is just calling your bank and getting it disputed but I’d only recommend this for semi big orders because there’s a limit on how many times you can say that

A better method if you have no money is stealing it straight from the store

Just say the pills bottle was already open or something like that. That’s what I did, and they asked to see a picture and I just showed them the bottle I opened myself.

Lycopene is red tones which is a good health indicator imo. I don’t think there’s harm in combining. MT2 will do most the work, and carotenes will allow healthy glow as well. They work differently.

How can I tell without a before picture?

I would also wait 1-2 months to see any substantial change. And you are using a dosage that’s too low. Take 4 of your 7mg (28mg) caps for the first month or 2 then drop down to 2 caps (14mg). like @Jonas2k7 did.

what if you take both beta-carotene and lutein+zeaxanthin i've heard it could increase their effect
