I only worked out 3/10 months so I am not frauding with wolf's law.
What I did:
1. (most important) Eating animal bones including the bone marrow. Make sure to cook the bones so they are easier to chew. I recommend chicken bones.
2. More meat products in general
3. Supplementing with k2 mk4 and mk7, calcium, VD, VA, zinc, iodine, all B vitamins
4. I haven't worked out properly for 7 months and I still kept my muscle mass.
5. I gained 30 lb from 130-160 but I highly doubt this made my wrists grow because I also gained height and I do not looked bloated/fat.
This was from ages 14-15 so I probably just grew and this maybe cope for adults, but idk.
When I look at my wrist from watch view it looks much more blocky and rectangular rather than curved inwards.
